In the Central Valley, we have had a tremendous shortage of rain. Now that it is the rainy (hopefully) season again, we have all this water coming from the sky that could be used. What inexpensive way can you think of to gather, store and be able to use the rain water.

The government should buy a water reclamation tank for fresno. We should all get to use it.

We could use bins and catch the water inside.

And on the side of the bins you could put that lemon-smelling mosquito repellent, and you could store the water in smaller containers in your fridge.

You can store the water in gardening supplies and then you can use the water some other time

The people that don't want to waste their money on the water reclamation tank they can put gallons that can hold water and dispense the water and put the gallons out in the rain.
